We are pleased to share a positive update on the Beach Groves project.

As part of our planning conditions, we have been working closely with the Department of Environment on the turtle-friendly lighting requirements for the development. This is an important part of ensuring Beach Groves is designed responsibly, with careful consideration for the surrounding coastal environment and local wildlife.

 

Following our latest meeting with the Department of Environment, the feedback was very encouraging. The work completed so far was well received, with only a small number of minor revisions requested to the lighting drawings package. We will now incorporate the requested minor changes before submitting the updated package for final review.

 

We are hopeful that sign-off can be achieved in the near future, marking another positive step forward for Beach Groves as we continue working with the relevant government departments to progress the project responsibly.
